We propose a blueprint for a commercial building comprising 10 levels not including basement and terrace, counting with easy accessibility and promotion through strategically distributed elevators and escalators, which is distributed as follows: basement: in this level environments are suitable for the shelter of a financial institution. 1st, 2nd and 3rd level: completely appropriate for trade stands. 4th and 5th level: suitable for a clinic. 6th level: this poses a restaurant. 7th and 8th level: suitable for a hotel. 9 and 10 level: suitable for apartments, consisting 4 per level.
